About This Project

PASEA – Located in Huntington Beach, California, Pacific Sea (PASEA) hotel opened in 2016. R.D. Olson was awarded the main construction contract with Pacific Hospitality as the ownership group. PASEA was a design/build project that encompasses all facets of a boutique hotel. Custom interior signage using high end materials was intricate in getting the unique look the designers were looking for. Exterior and site signage completed the unique package and welcomed all hotel visitors with open arms.
