PASEA Hotel

Pacific Sea (PASEA) hotel in Huntington Beach, CA was a design/build project that encompassed all facets of a boutique hotel. Custom interior & exterior signage using high end materials.+

Naval Hospital

Camp Pendleton’s signage scope was complete with interior signage using 3Form material, custom housing units for LED touchscreen information kiosks, and ADA signage throughout. Parking garage signage included channel letters, overhead directionals and wall directionals. Site signage was massive with over 20 monuments signs, half of which were illuminated and a row of dedication plaques. +

Metro Division 13

Division 13 is the newest maintenance yard for all transit buses in LA County. Solid aluminum panels with cut out lettering for extra visibility along with 8’ height white reflective vinyl on roll up doors. Special formed corrugated metals along with multi colored, transparent vinyl gave this facility an artistic look and feel.+

LAVC Community College

LAVC Community College has been upgrading and expanding it’s campus for the past several years. Some interior signage consists of custom wood panels, ceiling hung with acrylic panels as department identifiers. The real wood trunk is used as the base of a steel wire dedication wall that shows pictures of years past on clear acrylic panels. 6’ tall fabricated metal letters welcome all to the new building. +

Parking Structure

This 8 story parking structure tied in existing features and designs from the surrounding structures. It included 1” thick acrylic cut out letters and numbers for floor designations. Fully illuminated entry and exit cabinets along with full ADA signage at all entrances and stairwells. +
